Hookah Stories- The Clog!

About three months ago i was smoking shisha out of a hookah at my buddy matts house in the west village. we were on his rooftop shooting the shit and having a great time. the only problem was that we were smoking and we could not figure out how to unclog his beautiful hooka. the coal was lit, the shisha was packed and we were ready to get going on a marvelous hookah trip. but it was clogged! so i decided that i was going to uncog it. i ran downstairs, and grabbed a hanger from his closet and began taking it apart. i furiously bent the hanger back and forth in hopes that a pointy end of would relieve the clogged hookah. this was a very strange clog and i am not sure that i was exactly prepared for this. the cog it seemed was not of resin or tobacco but there was a peice of metal the was pinched or jammed in the downstem of the hookah that was preventing us from even getting one drag from of shisha. so i rammed and rammed the hanger into the hookah only to find that it was not working at all. my problem was not being solved. i became very frustrated and gave my buddy a shot. he tried and tried but to no avail. at this point the coal on our hookah is almost out adn we have not taken one drag of shisha... im borderline pissed off and my buddy is complacent. i try once more and i think i got somewhere but it was not enough. we were stranded. we were on the rooftop of a west village building with no hookah to smoke. this was a total let down. all i wanted to do was smoke hookah! i hope that next time i go over there my friend has invested in a new hookah so that we can enjoy ourselves on his rooftop! what a night!
