Hookah Stories- Wash Sq Park

Hi there! So were are gonna tell you a little shisha and hooka story about a hookah and some shisha. So as you well know I love to travel with my hooka. I take it almost everywhere that it is legal for me to take it and I have had many close encounters with the law and some hookahs confiscated from me because of reckless shisha smoking. Infact most public areas it is illegal to smoke hookas and hookah pipes because of the burning coal and the water aspect to the pipe. I just want to say that I think that it is a load of crap that one canot enjoy the casual hookah smoking outdoors in New York City without getting harassed by the police. One day I went out to Washington Square Park with some buddies of mine to go smoke shisha out of a hookah in the park. After about ten minutes we were approached by two law enforcement officers who seemed rather confused and did not really know what to do about the situation. They harassed us for a bit and eventually left us alone but not without sending two other higher ranked officers to come and bust us. It was obvious that these first to guys did not know the law exactly and need the support of the higher ups to kick us out of the park. Well that was eventually ok because they did not take our hookah and they just made us leave the park. Until next time, Happy Smoking!
